Trackers not connecting to the app1. Connection and Network:​ USB port: Connect the trackers to a USB 3.0 port on your computer to ensure better data transfer. Wi-Fi Network: Use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as some trackers are not compatible with 5 GHz networks. Name and Password: Make sure the Wi-Fi network name and password contain only uppercase and lowercase letters, without spaces or special characters. Try another Wi-Fi you have at home 2. Security Settings: Firewall and antivirus: Disable Windows Firewall and antivirus temporarily to see if they are blocking trackers from connecting. 3. Workaround: Hotspot: Create a hotspot on your computer with a new Wi-Fi name and password. Connect the trackers to this new hotspot and try again in the app. 4. Support: If the problem persists after trying the solutions above, contact technical support for expert help. Extra Tips: Restart your computer and trackers. Check if the app is up to date. High Ping? Tips to Improve your Connection!1. Optimal Positioning: Position the Wi-Fi router close to your computer and the Zeni (tracker) to ensure the best signal quality. 2. Reset: Restart your computer, internet, and application to resolve temporary connection issues. Reset your Wi-Fi 3. Cache Clearing: Clear the Wi-Fi cache on your device to remove corrupted data that may be affecting the connection. 4. Workaround: Connect the computer and Tracker to the network via an Ethernet cable to obtain a more stable connection with lower ping. 5. Support: If the problem persists after trying the solutions above, contact technical support for expert help. 6. Router Positioning: Position the router in a central and elevated location, away from walls, furniture and metal objects that could interfere with the signal. Avoid placing the router in areas with many electronic devices, such as microwaves or ovens. Firmware update: Make sure your router's firmware is up to date for best performance and security. 7. Router Settings: Change the router channel to a less congested one. Use WPA2 encryption to secure your Wi-Fi network. Disable WPS if not used. 8. Signal Repeater: Use a signal repeater to extend the range of your Wi-Fi network in areas with weak signal.​ 9. Software to Improve Wi-Fi: NetSpot: Analyzes and optimizes the Wi-Fi network, mapping signal coverage and identifying congested channels. WiFi Analyzer: Shows the Wi-Fi networks around you and their respective channels, helping you choose the least congested channel. Acrylic Wi-Fi Home: Monitors Wi-Fi signal quality and provides detailed information about networks around you. inSSIDer: Advanced tool for analyzing Wi-Fi networks, ideal for experienced users. Extra Tips: Check for other devices connected to the network that may be consuming bandwidth. Disable background programs or services that may be using the internet. Is your leg taller than the other?Adjust the Knee Trackers slightly. Try different mounts for the Knee Trackers.

Are your foot trackers on your avatar's knees?This is an issue with VRChat's current IK. Use VRChat's IKTweaks and select height scaling mode in settings.

My knees aren't bendingMake sure the Knee Trackers are above the knees and assigned as leg trackers. Make sure Ankle Trackers are set to ankles and positioned on your ankles, not your feet. Confirm that VRChat is connecting your feet to the Foot Trackers, not the Knee Trackers.

Do your hips move when you lift your legs?Make sure the Waist Tracker is on your waist, above your hips.
