Zeni Guarantee
Zeni offers a 3-month warranty on all its products, except consumer products and digital products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage during transportation.

Paid warranty
The 3-month warranty is paid and costs US$19. To purchase the warranty, simply add pay after receiving a link. Which you will receive after purchase.
Flight and theft insurance
All Zeni products are shipped with flight and theft insurance. This means that if the product is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a refund.

Refund term
In case of refund, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to Zeni's headquarters. The refund period is 100 days after receiving the product at our company.
Shipping time
The shipping time for Zeni products is 7 working days, but we normally ship the next day.
